Job Title: Quality Control prep

The Quality Control Prep is responsible for completing the final touch ?up of new homes prior to flooring and homeowner walk through.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Caulking; Appliance adjustment; Light fixture adjustment; Drywall repairs; Paint touch up; Install door knobs and dead bolts; Cabinet pulls and pressure wash. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Candidates must be able to lift, bend, and work on ladders as needed. Experience with residential construction and ability to work with components involved in final touch up. Must be highly reliable and detail oriented
