RESTORATION CONSTRUCTION SUPERINTENDENT/

Colorado Fire & Flood is an established and reputable Denver based restoration company looking for experienced and career minded individuals with growth potential.

 

Job Description:

A Construction Superintendent is responsible for daily scheduling and supervision of multiple restoration projects.  This includes, but is not limited to- budget control, subcontractor selection, complete job scheduling of field crews and subcontractors, oversight of permits and building department inspections, daily communication with the homeowner/ property manager, material selection/ ordering, quality control, and detailed weekly reporting to the Estimator. 

 

Skills Required:

Professional communication skills

Overall knowledge of commercial and residential construction

Microsoft Project and Outlook

Budget maintenance

Ability to schedule multiple projects

Problem solving

 

Experience Required:

5 years of construction management

8 years of general construction

 

 

Education:

High school degree or equivalent
