General Definition: 



 

Full time position, reporting to VP of Business Development.  Responsible for building and managing district sales and service teams in the Southern California Region.



 

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage sales and support infrastructure to serve the regional commercial construction community. Communicate value proposition to regional construction network. Manage solution delivery on a regional basis. P/L responsibility for business unit.



 

Qualifications and Traits:

Experience in one or all of the following fields: Construction product sales, concrete construction, concrete production, waterproofing solutions, concrete repair methods, project engineering, project management, field/market supervision, estimating, construction business development or purchasing. Proven business unit management experience. Proven ability to establish and maintain relations with developers, architects, engineers, consultants, contractors and ready mix concrete suppliers to achieve sales objectives for products, revenue, and profitability. Knowledge of local construction environment. Experience with annual budgeting process for sales/operations. Positive self-motivated entrepreneurial attitude. Ability to work in a fast paced demanding construction environment.

 

Microsoft office competency. 

Excellent oral and written skills.
