POSITION/OPPORTUNITY

 

We are a fast-growing home improvement company that sells and installs a unique bath renovation product line.  We have immediate full-time, year-round openings for Installation Technicians in the Colorado Springs and Denver metro areas. 

 

The primary responsibility for this position is to properly install our acrylic bathtub liners, wall surround systems, tub doors, jet tub conversions, and related accessories in customer?s homes, and to ensure customers are satisfied with the quality of workmanship and manner in which the installation is performed.

 

SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE

 

Qualified candidates take pride in their work, have good people skills, possess a strong work ethic, are reliable, and are able to work and solve problems independently.  Must have remodeling, maintenance, and/or handyman experience involving finish carpentry and bath-related residential plumbing work.  Must be able to lift up to 65 lbs. and have a good driving record.  Training includes 3-5 weeks on-the-job training with a senior Installation Technician in the local area, and 5 days factory training at one of our manufacturing facilities in Nashville, TN or Montreal, Canada ? all at company expense.

 

COMPENSATION

 

We offer an attractive ?piece-rate? compensation plan with bonuses, paid vacation/holidays and training, and attractive career advancement opportunities.  Vehicle, uniform, and most tools provided.  Installation Technicians generally earn between $45 - $70K annually depending on their level of productivity.

Our company sells and installs acrylic bathtub liners and shower pans, wall surround systems, jet tub conversions and related tub/shower remodeling accessories.  Our offering provides a cost-effective, convenient, high-quality alternative to other methods of refurbishing existing bathtubs, showers, and walls, which include tear-out replacement and reglazing.  Our liners, available in a variety of colors and styles, are installed directly over existing tubs and walls, eliminating the need to tear out existing fixtures and tile surfaces or spray solvents or paint-like substances over existing finishes.  Our system allows us to renovate an existing tub/shower system in just 1 day, minimizing inconvenience to homeowners.
