Established residential, multi-family, and commercial remodeler needs experienced individual for estimating and sales. Work will include but will not be limited to on-site visits, meeting clients, developing scope and pricing of remodeling projects. Estimates/proposals will be presented to clients for closing the sale. Individuals should have the following qualifications:

1.Be physically capable of climbing ladders and walking on two story roofs.

2.Have 7 or more years experience in construction estimating and sales. Experience in insurance damage repairs is beneficial.

3.Have good local references.

4.Have reliable transportation.
