Residential Construction Assistant Project Manager

Our philosophy is to create properties that stand the test of time with long-term economic and aesthetic value. We are currently looking for an assistant project manager.

 



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist project manager with multiple projects.

Ensure accuracy, compliance and consistency of all project aspects, regulations, policies, directives, and practices.

Determine and manage budgets.

Provide technical instructions and design information to vendors and sub-contractors. 

Manage permitting process.

Develop and maintain effective relationships with vendors, sub-contractors and governmental agencies.

Plan, supervise, direct, and coordinate project construction activities. 

Manage and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with current and prospective homeowners.

 

QUALIFICATIONS 

Bachelor?s degree in construction management, civil engineering, urban land, land development, architecture or related field.

Ability to work in team environment.

Exceptional problem-solving skills.

Expert level computer knowledge in MS Office. Knowledge of Master Builder a plus.

Superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential. Must be able to apply innovative and effective management techniques to maximize sub-contractor performance.

Superior technical and analytical skills related to construction issues.

Understanding of fundamental design philosophies and ability to reproduce historic details

Effective communication skills.
