Residential Service Electrician

Straight Up Electric Is committed to providing excellent customer service. All new employees are hired on a probationary basis with permanent employment contingent upon the results of a performance evaluation. The first two weeks will consist of training on company policies designed to meet our goal of Total Customer Satisfaction. New hire training will include video lessons, take home materials, and field training. Upon completion of training a ride along performance evaluation will be conducted. The results of the performance evaluation will determine if the working relationship will continue with an offer for full time employment.

 

The electrical service business requires additional skills that differ from the typical contractor environment. This is a service business requiring excellent communication skills, time management skills, organizational skills, and general sales aptitude in addition to professional trade skills.
