Retail Construction Site Superintendent (DE2204)
Requires:
5-7 Years experience in Retail Construction Site Superintendent.
3 Years Retail build-out experience.
Understanding of Architectural drawings.
Excellent communication and problem skills.
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility to Travel.
Duties:
Overseeing day to day Construction project operations.
Scheduling, budgeting, managing and analyzing all assignments on each project.
Manage, Analyze, Bid, Estimate and Costing of Retail Construction project as start to finish.
Handle Multi-task Operations, Hire and Supervise Sub-contractors, suppliers and performing other related tasks on projects start to finish.
