Commercial Roofing Company seeks an experienced Roofing Manager with strong knowledge of flat roofing systems to run our office in Dallas, TX.  We are driven to provide quality, roofing services to our customers.  We specialize in commercial membrane roofing installations.  In addition, our services include roof management, waterproofing, maintenance and repairs, metal roofing installations and sheet metal specialty fabrication. We have a strong, stable history and projects to support future growth. Great opportunity available for experienced Commercial Roofing Manager to grow and advance with our company.

 

Successful candidate will bring enthusiasm, integrity, and a desire for growth with a fast-paced, commercial roofing company.  Must have extensive experience in all aspects of commercial roofing including field operations, sales and management; with a strong emphasis in metal and single-ply systems.  Must be able to manage customer relationships and staff, run projects and crews, and manage a division. Position requires ability to provide full complement of services to our clients, must have experience doing repairs & maintenance, recommending remedial options, generating project budgets, and providing project management.  Must understand financial statements, have basic computer skills in Word and Excel, and strong written and verbal communication skills.
