We are seeking an experienced Estimator with a proven track record in Commercial/Industrial roof projects.  Successful candidate will possess ability to accurately estimate projects costs for low slope commercial roofing applications.   Position also requires ability to find, build and maintain beneficial customer relationships; ensure customers receive ethical, efficient, timely and cost-efficient services.  Responsible for generating and qualifying leads, preparing proposals by analyzing blueprints, specifications and other requirements; identifying labor, material, and time requirements; computing costs; resolving discrepancies; presenting prepared estimate; preparing special reports; closing deal and maintaining client database.  Assist Regional Manager and/or Project Managers in meeting with owners/architects to ensure projects run smoothly.  Out of town travel may be required.

 

Requirements of this position include a working knowledge of commercial flat roofing systems specifically single-ply membrane roofing applications.  Must have a complete comprehension of plans and specifications.  Basic computer and data input skills required including use of MS Office, Internet and Outlook; experience with AutoCad or RoofCad a plus.   Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong math skills required.  Valid driver?s license required.  You must be a self-starter, dependable, and motivated.
