We are currently seeking a Senior Occupancy Planner to join our Accounts Management Group located in San Francisco, CA.

SENIOR OCCUPANCY PLANNER - San Francisco, CA

Responsibilities:
Act as single point of contact to the client representative for planning -related questions
Report the current supply and capacity for a rolling three-year timeframe
Assemble, regularly update and report the bottom-up seat projections for a rolling 3-year planning horizon
Track and report projected versus actual headcounts
Provide various space planning tools such as stacking diagrams, blocking diagrams, vacancy reports, or space usage reports
Maintain and secure business units' agreement to occupancy plans
Forecast project scope with client representatives and work with a project manager who develops schedules and budgets for project moves to occur based on occupancy plans / strategy
Ensure planning is aligned with corporate guidelines, and that all scenarios maximize use of space
Recommend and enforce space policies, procedures and protocols
Develop, maintains and reports space allocation plans, and issues space allocation reports
Manage CAD / Database Administrator

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Design or related field
Minimum of 5-7 years experience in a corporate environment
Previous experience in space/occupancy planning at a strategic level, interior office renovations, and using AutoCAD in a planning capacity
Strong strategic and analytical skills
Ability to multi-task and effectively organize responsibilities to achieve portfolio goals and objectives is a must
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Computer proficiency
