We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services Group located in Las Vegas, Nevada. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - Las Vegas, NV

Responsibilities:
Project management and owner's representative
Oversee projects from design through completion of construction
Perform building audits
Develop scope and schedule for tenant and building improvement projects and relocation projects
Manage all financial aspects of each project through its conclusion
Coordinate activities of sub-contractors and relocation of technical functions
Manage building improvement projects
Address clients' special requests and post-move relocation concerns when necessary.
Provide technical support; project budgeting and scheduling
Interface with architects, client staff, property managers and vendors
Maintain client relationship and conflict resolution

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering or interior design
Minimum of 5 years experience working on commercial building projects preferably working on hospitality projects, including hotel and resort environments
Experience working with landlords and developers
Demonstrated a high level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
