We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Project and Development Services Group located in Orlando, FL. Our Project and Development Services group provides a range of occupancy-related design, construction and relocation services for corporations, institutions and professional services firms.

SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - Orlando, FL

Responsibilities:
Project management and owner's representative responsibilities primarily in the military based industry
Manage large projects of various types for corporate clients
Oversee projects from design through completion of construction
Project organization, project team engagement, project budgeting and scheduling
Interface with architects, construction phase management; client staff and vendors

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or interior design
Minimum of 5+ years experience working on large commercial development projects
Experience working in a military atmosphere a plus
High level of performance in project budgeting, contract negotiations and scheduling
Excellent communication skills
Computer proficiency
