We are currently seeking a Senior Property Manager to work with our Corporate Property Services Group located in Los Angeles, CA. The Corporate Property Services Group provides portfolio and property management services to corporations and institutions that outsource their real estate management functions. This position will be responsible for managing Data Center Operations for a Tier 1 production data center.

SENIOR PROPERTY MANAGER - Los Angeles, CA

Responsibilities:
Knowledgeable for all Real Estate activities on the site
Manage and lead the JLL data center team to include direct reports (Property Manager, Site Services Coordinator, Chief Engineer and Staff), dotted line reports (Project Managers) and on-site Consultants
Manage various support contractors (janitorial, landscape, other contracted service providers)
Interface with clients
Committed to the principles of 100% Uptime and the tenets of the Critical Awareness Program
Coordinate the delivery of facilities services to tenants, vendors, contractors and leaseholders
Maintain administrative rent files/records
Manage daily budgetary and financial systems in place at the respective operating centers

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree that supports facilities management
Minimum of 3-5 years prior property management experience
Adept at quickly defining and then acting on the key issues that require resolution
Thorough knowledge of UPS, SEP, EPO and electrical/mechanical systems
Excellent communication skills
Knowledge of Six Sigma process and fundamentals
Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, spreadsheet and electronic mail functions
