ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: Assist Project Manager in hiring of on-site subcontractors Coordinate construction plans through Project Manager As directed by the Project Manager, during the pre-construction and construction phases of the project, prepare estimates and take-offs Oversee the rehab progress for all contractors to ensure timely and quality completion of Project Maintain construction inventory regarding material on-site Quality control of product Assurance of product acceptance to management On-site before general trades begin work each day, and last person off the job each day (exception would be night trades or people working overtime for subcontractor) BRE sets high standards, and we have created a culture that attracts team members who excel at putting customer service first.
