SURVEY - RODPERSON

Duties include, but not limited to, taking measurements; locate survey monuments; place sight rods and targets on line with survey point; keep truck stocked with equipment and supplies; drive stakes; provide miscellaneous assistance as required in the survey area; search for, retrieve and refile office documents. And, as always, adhere to safety guidelines. Candidate must have a high school diploma with basic mathematical abilities and computer experience. Construction background preferred. Candidate must be physically fit and able to handle various weather conditions. Candidate must posses a valid Florida driver license. Occasional overtime and/or travel to other FPL survey offices may be required. This position requires 75% field work and 25% office work.

One Year Contract position possibly turning permanent.
