Now Hiring for the position of: Sales and Estimating

 

Pro Coat Systems is a mid-sized Southern California subcontractor looking to take on an experienced Salesman with Estimating skills to build up our customer base and increase sales of production single family homes and multiple family homes in the Greater Los Angeles Area, Bakersfield, Lancaster, and Palmdale.

 

At Pro Coat Systems we are looking for a team-player that will mesh well with our company dynamic. As installers of deck coatings, concrete repair & resurfacing, concrete coatings, and waterproofing, quality is our goal and customer satisfaction is essential.

 

Experience Desired: 

- Experience in the field as a Superintendent or Project Manager.

- Application experience is a plus.

- Knowledge of Acrylic Deck Coating systems, Epoxy Concrete Coatings, Concrete Repair and Resurfacing, Flashing, Plastering, and Below Grade Waterproofing.

- Computer Literate with experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet, Blackberry 7520, previous experience with Estimating Software.

- Willing to attend BIA meetings and social functions

- Maintain good relations and staying in touch with customers

- Knowledge of reading and taking off blue prints

- Able and willing to learn our Estimating software, Masterbuilder by Intuit.

- Able to lift and carry up to 55 pounds.

- Able to climb ladders and stairs on job sites
