Senior Construction Estimator

We are willing to pay top dollar for someone to head up our estimating department, upwards of 105K as a base salary (commensurate with experience), plus you would be included in the bonus pool, and an attractive health plan + perks.

 

As a Senior Estimator you would be responsible for handling projects ranging from $5M to 30M.  Your duties would be those you are probably already exercising as an estimator.  They include but are not limited to:

* networking with customers, contract labor & vendors,

*negotiating bids,

*estimate budgets & impact of deviations on budget

*provide technical expertise to other members on the team.
