Position: Senior Estimator ? General Commercial Buildings

Broad based project types including Commercial Office, Corporate Office, Hospitals, Healthcare, Retail Shopping, Big Box, Warehouse, Distribution, Churches, Government, Military, Hotel, Hospitality, Apartments, Assisted Living, Student Housing, Shopping Centers, Light Manufacturing, and Parking Structures. Mixture of hard bid and negotiated project types. Great opportunity. Project sizes run as high as $50MM.

Expected Experience:

Qualified candidates will have the majority of the following experience:

- 6+ years construction experience in General Commercial Estimating

- at least 25% of experience must be associated with design/build or negotiated project bidding

- 4+ years in position as a staff estimator

- 2+ years involved in pre-construction support

- able to demonstrate the initiative to search out the most reasonable cost

- able to demonstrate solid organizational and management skills

- able to demonstrate pricing the is win-win based
- stable employment background and work history

- favorable reports from recent and past ?peer group? or direct senior management references
- able to coordinate multiple projects on bid day
- experience with estimating software like MC2 or Timberline

- Willingness to work in team environment and be mentored
