SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER IN CONSTRUCTION

Located in Phoenix, AZ

I am working with a leading General Contractor in the Phoenix market that is seeking an experienced Sr. Project Manager with experience with large scale high-rise projects.

The person needed for this person must have good people skills and a customer satisfaction mentality. Preconstruction, value engineering and other services offered by the company is a "must" to be performed by this employee. Estimating experience would also be preferable.

Projects will be a combination of ground up new construction and interior build outs. This company has experienced significant growth and needs this person to immediately come in and hit the ground running with little or no training necessary. Must be able to work as part of a team to complete the projects on time and under budget. The correct candidate for this job will be rewarded with one of the more lucrative bonus structures in the business and basically "run" this project.

This position must be filled immediately. Positions of this nature do not come up very often. If you want an opportunity with one of the top firms in all of Phoenix, THIS IS THE ONE! In our opinion, you will not find a finer company.

Experience Required: 15+ years experience with a General Contractor managing commercial projects in the $20-50M size range. Local experience with previous relationships with Subcontractors is a preference and will be an advantage to anyone interested in this position.
