PRINCIPAL DUTIES:

1.????? Supervises Service Team Managers on profitable execution of assigned service business.?? Ensures consistency of delivery systems.? Monitors and tracks the service business plans.

2.????? Coordinates Service Team interface with Sales to insure all sales opportunities are supported including linkage to installation opportunities.? Escalates potential market opportunities to the attention of the appropriate Branch or Regional resource for strategic direction.

3.????? Works with Service Teams to insure that their account portfolios are achieving growth, proper profit levels, and customer satisfaction

4.????? Works with Service Team Managers to ensure proper manpower and skill levels for the successful and profitable execution of the service business.

5.????? Recommends and supports staffing requirements for assigned service business. Serves as a communication channel to share the best practice strategies and results that will enable SSA and Regional vision.

6.????? Drives operational review meetings, reviewing bids and estimates for accuracy.

7.????? Recruits, hires, and retains service operational staff.? Prepares and delivers clear performance expectations, performance reviews and development plans for direct reports teaming with the appropriate matrix functional manager. Ensures a consistent level of coaching, which includes monthly 'one-on-one(s)', operational and financial reviews.

8.????? Performs other duties as related to customer satisfaction, deployment of strategic initiatives to service teams, development and maintenance of service team business plans, and account management of service customers.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Marketing.? Master's degree preferred.? Five to eight years of progressive sales and/or operational experience in building systems and services.? Three years of experience in a lead or supervisory role with responsibility for the productivity or development of others. Ability to relate to people at all levels, and to communicate both on a technical and non-technical basis.
