Manager -  Service Department.


 

We need an effective leader who can successfully develop, motivate and manage a service team which consists of Inside Service Coordinators and Outside Service Technicians which will result in performance excellence and customer satisfaction.

 

Manage the Service Department to insure processes are being consistently performed by the service team, while achieving company objectives by establishing measurable metrics, and holding the team accountable for excellent team performance daily.

 

Maintain service costs by closely managing department service, fleet and overtime expenses while identifying opportunities to increase service revenue, and provide continuous customer service training to assist the service team in addressing all customer issues.

 

 

Skills/Qualifications:

Candidate will have a proven, measurable track record of successful management of a service department.  Knowledge of the construction industry is a requirement.  College Degree preferred.  Must be able to work in a fast paced ever changing environment.
