We are Beutler Corporation, with six locations throughout Northern California; we are the nation?s largest Mechanical/HVAC contractor. Since 1947, we have been the leader in industry innovation and service. To continue in that tradition, we are seeking a results-oriented Service Manager for our Commercial Division to maximize the growth and revenue potential of that division.

This key manager will be responsible for the management of the commercial service department, including; sales, service contract scope and pricing, recruitment and training of staff, management of service contracts and repairs, review invoices and customer billing and service support of commercial construction projects.

Critical responsibilities of this position include:

? Planning ? Compile relevant data and prepare yearly budgets, sales and growth plans

? Pricing ? Oversees the pricing of all department work

? Scheduling ? Schedules jobs to maximize billable hours and insure that maximum productivity of labor.

? Management ? Effectively manage field labor crews by continuously monitoring performance levels that produce the greatest possible profit for the company.

? Training ? Create developmental opportunities for all team members

? Processes ? Develops processes and procedures as needed to ensure accurate, high quality and timely work efforts, financial reporting and personnel management.

? Pro-Active ? Recommends and implements measures and activities to improve scheduling, production, installation and service challenges.

? Communication ? Must be a very skilled communicator in all forms; Written, verbal, non-verbal, persuasive, instructional and interpersonal communication

? Reporting ? Create and maintain all records necessary to generate statistical reports for evaluation throughout the company.

? Marketing ? In concert with the marketing team, help generate awareness, interest and profitable leads to meet the needs of the growth plan.

? Collaboration ? Establish and maintain an effective working rapport with other departments to maximize communication and effective results.

 

The ideal candidate will:
? have 5-7+ years proven results in the industry as a: leader and team developer, as a manager, and in succesfully meeting profitability goals.

? have strong computer skills utilizing Windows Office software (SAP or ERP A+)

? have a demonstrated knowledge and application of Commercial HVAC equipment
? have very strong written and verbal communication skills
? be highly-organized and detail-oriented

? have a passionate desire to exceed all customer needs and expectations
