As Cummins Engine Company's exclusive distributor, we sell and service the entire line of Cummins products. These products include engines, replacement parts, software and other related products for trucking, power generation, bus, industrial, marine and government markets. Cummins engines range in output from 64 to 6000 horsepower.

 

Job Responsibilities

?  Manage the branch service business including responsibility for sales growth, customer

satisfaction, cost containment, productivity and achievement of profitability targets. 

?  Assess and develop branch employee skill sets.  Including employee evaluation and team  development. 

?  Manage the Branch facility?s daily care and maintenance needs.

?  Maintain and monitor environmental and safety compliance for the branch. 

 

 

Qualifications Demonstrated experience delivering profitable business resultExperience coaching and developing individuals and teamsAbility to collect, analyze and draw conclusions from dataAbility to influence individuals and teams to follow documented proceduresDemonstrated change management skills in order to influence individuals and teams during the implementation of changesMechanical aptitude and experienceDemonstrated ability to identify and eliminate sources of operational wasteAbility to manage and develop customer relationshipsExperience managing a safety and environmental program

 

Education:Bachelor?s degree (B.A. or B.S) preferredThree years of related operations experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
