Site Development Superintendent: Luxury, Multi-Family High-Rise

Optima is looking for Site Development Super with at least 5 years of experience who knows how to drive the exterior site work process to meet completion dates. We?re an award-winning architectural design, construction and property management firm with outstanding construction opportunities in the Phoenix area.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and schedule all exterior site work from ground breaking through completion of project, including excavation, softscape, and hardscape; review and implement exterior drawings and blue prints; coordinate with other Superintendents to ensure smooth transitions to buyers; prepare bid packages for exterior work; work with all on-site supers as part of a team; interface with Architects and sub-contractors to process RFI?s; interface with governing officials to inspect and approve work; evaluate subcontractor performance and coordinate with quality control to ensure project completion according to budget, time and quality standards.

Requirements:

? excellent communication skills;

? proficiency in MS Office & MS Project;

? 4-year degree in a construction-related discipline, landscape architecture, or horticulture.

? At least five years of fast track construction experience

? start-to-finish experience in constructing at least a $50 million start to finish essential;

? Mid- to high-rise multi-family construction experience; and

? Self-directed, detail oriented, well organized and efficient.
