Site and Structure Superintendent

The Killian Group, a construction management firm, is seeking a Superintendent to work out of our Western Division office in Glendale, Arizona.  Our immediate need is for a superintendent who has site work experience.  This would include the supervision of landscaping, as well as other outdoor structural work, such as outdoor electrical lighting.  This position requires someone with at least 5 years advanced commercial construction experience.  The project is a Renaissance Hotel and Convention Center, located in Glendale.  You can learn more of this project by visiting our website at www.killco.com. 

 

The superintendent who works for our company is the "on -site manager" and supervisor of the construction project and whose primary function is to maintain quality control, safety and the project schedule.
