Sr. Electrical Project Manager

Our Client is a well established, industry-leading provider of electrical solutions.  They have significant expertise in electrical power and low voltage systems including structured communication cabling, audio/visual, electronic security, wireless LAN/WAN, network services, VoIP Telephony and managed services.

The qualifications and experience you need to succeed include successful working relationships and contacts with the major Architectural / Engineering and General Contractors in the greater Miami Area and Southern Florida region. You must be an impact employee that produces significant results in your organization. You should have a demonstrated track history of successful Sr. Project Management with project responsibility in single or multiple projects in the

$8-$15 million dollar range. You must have demonstrated leadership ability to motivate your team, drive business development, build relationships, and achieve acceptable profit margins. Your history should include commercial, government, healthcare, industrial, airport, luxury condominium, hotel and multifamily high rise work. You must have drive, initiative, and determination and be a self starter to accomplish your individual and team goals!  You must maintain safe work practices and safety record. Your experience should include design/build, design assist, hard bid and conceptual project work. Accubid estimating experience preferred at an advanced to expert level. Project Management and scheduling software knowledge is desired.
