Sr PM/PM, APM, PE, Super

Top 400 ENR GC/CM's Florida & Washington, DC divisions need experienced construction management personnel at all levels. Projects are primarily base building of large commercial, institutional & high rise residential projects. 

Must have experience on projects of at least 10MM and up.

 

Sr PM--provides overall management direction to the project, establish project objectives and policies, maintain liaison with prime client contacts, and monitors construction and financial activities through administrative direction of on-site personnel.

 

PM--is responsible for day-to-day management of the project team, the monitoring of budgets and schedules, and serving as the point of contact for all project related issues.

 

PE--Provides administrative and technical functions on a project including scheduling, subcontract coordination, cost engineering, and general project administration.

 

Superintendent--Plans and oversees total construction effort at the job site to ensure that the project is safely constructed in accordance with the contract documents. Supervises and coordinates various subcontractors to ensure the contract terms are complied with and quality levels are achieved.
