SR. SCHEDULER/PLANNER

EL PASO, TX

 

Requirements: BS in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management with a minimum 7-10 years experience with commercial building, large facility, heavy civil and infrastructure design and construction. Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience required in techniques for design/construction cost and schedule control. Experience utilizing Primavera Project Planner (P3) and Excel a must, (P3ec, MS Project, Prolog, a plus). Must be highly experienced with software integration, import, export file sharing, resource and cost loading in P3.

 

Responsibilities: Long term position in El Paso, TX. Develop, review, implement, and progress update a variety of large project ($500MM plus) CPM schedules and act as an integral project member supporting Project Managers. Must be resourceful and a good listener to meet and exceed the client needs. Gather raw data, coordinate, disseminate, generat, and interpret sub-schedule information for a Master Integrated Program Schedule. Observe and document design team efforts and on-site construction progress for progress schedule updating and provide forecast reports based on resource utilization and cash flow analysis.
