Storm Water Inspector (NPDES)

 

Job Description:

-  Inspecting client construction sites for compliance with EPA and other regulatory agency regulations;
- Preparing accurate and correct inspection reports that do not require manual quality audit;
- Executing inspection process and delivery per the established protocol;
- Submitting inspection reports on time with required documentation;
- Delivering copies of reports as required by the Company and our clients;
- Reporting new construction activity to Project Management;
- Assisting with related business activities inside and outside the office as directed by your manager;
- Maintaining a positive and professional attitude and appearance in conducting your responsibilities on behalf of the company, your team, and our clients.

Day to Day Tasks:
- Begin work day per schedule
- Conduct assigned inspections
- Complete inspection reports
- Respond to phone calls and emails
- Respond to manager requests
- Respond to project manager requests
- Other tasks as assigned

 

Required Skills:

- Construction industry experience, environmental industry experience, or inspection experience

- Clean Driving Record
-- MUST BE ABLE TO USE COMPUTERS, MS Outlook, Excel, Adobe and Internet.
- Time management skills
- Attention to detail
- Customer service skills to interface with customers (superintendents and Project Managers)
