We are looking for an experienced (3-5 years), technically astute, hands-on, operations-oriented Engineer for our Strengthening Division located in Baltimore, MD office. Responsibilities will include designing and developing innovative strategies to restore or add load-carrying capacity to buildings, parking facilities, and other structures. A Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering is required (MSCE is a plus). P.E. registration is preferred. Experience with fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP), steel reinforced polymer (SRP), post-tensioning, supplemental steel framing, and/or section enlargements desired. Excellent verbal and written skills and the ability to work in a quickly changing open team environment are also required.
