Subcontractor/Door Installer

 

We are contracted by a large area retailer for all residential door installations throughout Central Florida.  We are primarily looking for installers to cover the southwest Orlando and Osceola County areas but can also use help in other areas.  Our standing 17 yr. contract keeps us busy all year long.

 

Because our market is replacement and not new construction, we are looking for experienced, motivated, self-starters who are eager to work and have a neat appearance as well as good customer service skills.  Each condidate must have or purchase liability insurance, workers comp. insurance or exemption and incorporate to become an independent contractor as well as bear a desire to run their own business.  You must have your own tools and truck.

 

Once trained in how to deal with the stores and customers, be prepared to make some serious money.  The average first year installer should anticipate making in the mid 40's.  After that, it totally depends on your motivation.  The financial possibilities are limitless.
