Superintendent will be responsible for supervising construction and will report directly to the Field Manager for day-to-day operations.  A minimum of (5+) year?s construction experience with previous experience working with project management team through the successful completion of the projects is required.

 Must be experienced in below grade parking structures and Type II construction.Be responsible for on-site management, project execution, reviewing subcontracts, estimates and assisting with the project master schedule, staging and coordination.Be responsible for jobsite safety system, monitor and tracking jobsite quality.Update weekly progress reports and schedules; work with architect, engineers, city and owner.Document daily construction activities.Assist in Shop Drawing and Submittal process.Review and approve subcontractor invoices and work with Project Manager to develop costing projections.
