Superintendent - Healthcare - Construction

JOB OBJECTIVE:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Developing and maintaining successful client relationships. Planning and directing construction activity to deliver high quality, on time, within budget projects. Some ?hands-on? work required. ADA compliance/remediation projects. Data Center upgrade projects.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE preferred:5 + years experience as a superintendent or assistant superintendent in commercial projects. Hospital renovation experience a plus. Extensive travel experience.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES preferred:Strong communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This position requires an individual who is extremely detail-oriented, has the capacity to learn quickly and is very productive while maintaining the highest quality in the work product produced. Past electrical experience a plus. Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite of products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point, etc.).
