This company has project spread throughout FL. They get the projects that they want and bring back the greatest returns to the company. They do this with integrity. The company builds a general cross section of building types including assisted living facilities, mid rise condos, churches, educational facilities, commercial office, public sector and industrial projects. Projects sizes are in the $5MM to $15MM range

 

Position Profile:

This superintendent will start out building a new federal training facility then move on to other equally challenging projects in FL.

 

Expected Experience:

Qualified candidates will have the majority of the following experience:
- 7+ years of experience as a superintendent for a general contractor.

- able to develop solid working relationships with Project Manager and other project stakeholders

- able to demonstrate the initiative to make the project happen, not let the project happen

- able to demonstrate the initiative to search out the most reasonable cost

- able to demonstrate solid organizational and management skills

- able to demonstrate pricing that is win-win based
- stable employment background and work history

- Favorable reports from recent and past ?peer group? or direct senior management references

- Proficient with project management support software such as Expedition/Prolog

- Willingness to work in team environment.

 

Compensation

Compensation includes base salary, bonus structure, truck allowances
