About the Position:
We are currently seeking an experienced Superintendent that will be able to temporarily relocate to manage construction projects outside of Colorado.

Responsibilities for this position include:
- Planning and executing field work, including scheduling and directing subcontractors on the jobsites
- Maintaining all on-site records required by city, county or utility authorities
- Responsible for the layout and dimensional control of the structure, monitoring the completed work for compliance with the contract drawings and specifications
- Coordinating the quality control program for the project, working with the Project Manager and General Superintendent during the pre-construction phase of the project

Qualified candidates must have at least 10 years of commercial construction experience and some design/build project experience. Experience with healthcare (medical office building, ambulatory/surgery center or health clinic) projects is required. Experience with Microsoft Project is a plus.
 
Location:
Our office is located in beautiful Fort Collins, Colorado. This position does require temporary relocation to manage projects outside of Colorado.
 
Compensation:
We offer an excellent compensation package. Salary is based on experience.
