Superintendent of Condos- 5K Sign On Bonus

CurCurrent Builders, a very stable, growing, South Florida ENR 400 construction management/design build firm has an exciting opportunity for an experienced General Building Superintendent in Boynton Beach, FL. For over 25 years, Current has been building commercial, multi-family, condo, government/education, and assisted living facility projects throughout Florida with award winning results. 

 

This individual will plan and direct the efficient use of subcontractors, equipment and materials to secure high quality construction.  Other duties include, but are not limited to the following; assist in meeting scheduling and budget goals, oversee and coordinate all subcontractors work to insure that all details or construction are at minimum cost, supervise construction on the project and cooperates with owners? field reps, monitor and implement project safety program, cooperate with office personnel in compiling accurate cost keeping and scheduling information, coordinate all sub trades for main building, implement construction schedule as it relates to sub trades, schedule surveying and as-builts, conduct field measurement of sub trades, write out daily job logs, coordinate components specified as they relate to field conditions and modifications required for proper workability, coordinate final cleaning and implementation of punch out and coordinate inspections.

 

The candidate is required to have a minimum five to ten years prior Construction Superintendent experience of major building projects, i.e. condos, multi-family construction, campus style and mid-hi rise apartments. He/she must also have demonstrated supervisory skills and the ability to lead and manage others.
