Superintendent:
Commercial/Retail Project Experience
Ability to Travel ( Depends on Project- Travel Not Always Necessary)



 

Project Manager:
5+ Years Experience as a Project Manager
Project Experience: Restaurants, Schools, Churches, Retail, Big-Box, Hospitality, Condominiums, Healthcare, or Office Buildings
Degree is a plus



 

Senior Project Manager:
10+ Years Experience as a Project Manager
Project Experience: Restaurants, Schools, Churches, Retail, Big-Box, Hospitality, Condominiums, Healthcare, or Office Buildings
Degree is a plus



 

Estimator:
5+ Years Estimating Experience
Degree is Mandatory
Hard-Bid Estimating Background
Conceptual Estimating is a Plus
Commercial Construction Estimating



 

Chief Estimator:

?  Senior Level Estimating Experience

?  Experience Specific to Concrete Forms and Framework
