My client is seeking multiple Tenant Improvement and New Construction Project Managers.

Requirements:
B.S.E. in Construction Management or BA
P.E. in Design
5-10+ years in high rise and large scale building construction
Generalist background
Multiple project management expertise
Computer/Software literacy

Responsibilities:
Project Management of overall project and staff
Bidding
Budgeting and reviewing project costs
Estimating
Client Relations
Marketing
Take-offs
Reading blue-prints
Generate contracts
Site and performance evaluations
