Training Director

Merit Shop professional association of over sixty electrical contractors seeks Training Director.

Duties include planning.developing,and implementing educational / training events for the electrical industry at a journeyman and management level. Courses provided to journeymen electricians will need to be certified for Continuing Education credit with the State of New Mexico.

You will be responsible for curriculum, recruiting instructors, registration, the logistics of each class, issuing certificates of completion and reporting to the State in a timely fashion regarding attendees.

You will be responsible for educational programs for owners and front office personnel such as project managers and estimators.

Classes will be open to the entire electrical industry with reduced rates for employees of member companies.

You will be given an office, support staff and the use of a training room that will seat thirty-five individuals.
