Company Profile:
This company has been located in NC and their projects takes them into 8+ of the surrounding states. They have a long history of satisfying the client base and much of their work is not negotiated or design/build in nature. They are not going away. They are a very client oriented company.

 

Position Profile:

This superintendent will build greenfield, addition and renovations projects for retail shopping and stand alone big box projects. This work has a high degree of multi-tasking associated with it.

 

Expected Experience:

Qualified candidates will have the majority of the following experience:
- 2+ years of experience building commercial shopping and retail shopping center projects.

- able to develop solid working relationships with Project Manager and other project stakeholders

- able to demonstrate the initiative to make the project happen, not let the project happen

- able to demonstrate the initiative to search out the most reasonable cost

- able to demonstrate solid organizational and management skills

- able to demonstrate pricing that is win-win based
- stable employment background and work history

- Favorable reports from recent and past ?peer group? or direct senior management references

- Proficient with project management support software such as Expedition/Prolog

- Willingness to work in team environment.

 

Compensation

Compensation includes base salary, bonus structure, truck allowances
