This company provides underground services for installation of sanitary sewers, storm sewers and water main. These services are contracted with the surrounding communities as well as developers in the surrounding communities. We work in a 50 mile radius of Iowa City. Qualifications

Knowledge of ADA requirements and how they affect construction, building codes, and electrical, AC/heating, and safety regulations.

Track record of managing civil projects.

Is responsive and empathetic to customer needs.

Maintains a safe work environment.

Sets high expectations. Drives performance towards outstanding results.

Capable of managing people and work. Skills include planning, developing policies, and delegation.

Manages time effectively and prioritizes tasks to meet deadlines.

BA or equivalent experience.
