This individual will work with the, construction, and land development departments to ensure timely and quality workmanship while managing multiple estimators and Purchasers. The qualified individual needs to have been in the Production Homebuilding Industry for at least 5 years, managing a purchasing Department of at least 300 Homes per year with the desire and ability to do more. This is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level. To be qualified you must have a strong job history in the production homebuilding industry, good references, and a desire to make a great company even better.
