This individual will work with the, construction, and land development departments to ensure timely and quality workmanship while managing multiple sales associates in numerous communities. The qualified individual needs to have been in the Production Homebuilding Industry for at least 5 years, managing at least 200 closings per year with the desire and ability to do more.
