The qualified individual needs to have been in the Production Homebuilding Industry for at least 7 years, managing at least 400 closings per year with the desire and ability to do more. This is a great opportunity to take your career to the next level. To be qualified you must have a strong job history in the production homebuilding industry, good references, and a desire to make a great company even better.
