We are currently seeking a Vice President of Healthcare Development to be based in our office in Orlando, FL who will be responsible for identifying healthcare development opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with healthcare providers (hospitals and/or health systems, physician practices, and specialty operators), negotiating key aspects of development projects, managing the healthcare development process from concept, and assisting with the strategic planning of the Healthcare Group.

 

In order to qualify for consideration, you must meet the following minimum requirements:BS (MS in Finance or Business a Plus)8+ Years in Healthcare Development (Hospitals, Surgery Centers, MOB's)Successful Track Record of Strategic Alliances and Relationships with Healthcare Providers Proven Success in Identifying and Delivering Healthcare Development Opportunities (Ground-Up Healthcare Sites)Proven Success in Negotiating Key Aspect of Development ProjectsExceptional Communication and Leadership Skills

 

Areas of responsibilities may include:Identifying Ground-Up Healthcare Development SitesNegotiating the Business Points of Purchase AgreementsPresenting Healthcare Opportunities to Senior ManagementAuthoring Investment Memorandum for Development ProjectsCompleting Feasibility Analysis, Competitive Analysis and Impact StudiesCreating Project Pro Formas for Each Development Opportunity

A relocation package will be provided if necessary; however a strong knowledge of the Florida healthcare market is essential.  A generous compensation package will include a base salary (commensurate with experience), % of Fees, % of Profits (No Risk/Liability), 401K, Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance.
