The Vice President of Construction?s principle duty is the overall coordination of field construction for the company. Responsible for overseeing the following:

?  Coordination of Office/Field Personnel

?  Product Selection

?  Procurement of Architectural Services

?  Bidding Process

?  Quality Control

?  Home Construction

?  Coordination and Construction of Model Home Complexes

?  Home Warranty

?  Performance of Field Managers and Field Personnel

?  Product Feasibility

?  Preliminary budgets, Operating Budgets

 

This position requires knowledge of permit process, quality control of foundation and construction, customer service, and product selection.  Must possess a firm understanding of markets in which our homes are sold.

Position requires 10+ years of experience in residential building, having built at least 250 homes per year and with the potential to build 300 ? 400 homes annually. Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, superior organizational skills, be a self-starter, and be able to work in a fast paced environment.
