My Client is one of the largest and fastest growing Residential Home Builders in the nation.  They are currently experiencing tremendous growth and are seeking top talent to join their Executive Management Team.

 

My Client is currently in need of a DIVISION PRESIDENT for their office in the Tampa, Florida Area. 

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

-  Work with division personnel to achieve closing and 60 day customer satisfaction goals.

-  Develop business plan.

-  Interact with market research firms, realtors, land developers, banks and any other group to continually learn about land and market information in your M.S.A.

-  Hire the best people for each job function.

-  Oversee division on day to day see that sales, starts, settlements, profits are achieved in each subdivision as per business plan.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:
A FOUR YEAR DEGREE is REQUIRED
Previous management experience in new home construction required
Computer Skill Required Introductory level: Windows, Word, Power Point; Intermediate level: Excel, Outlook.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and those related to the position described above.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to speak fluently with customers, coworkers, managers, and trade contractors, either in ordinary conversation or on the phone.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

 

Compensation:  Base salary is commensurate with experience PLUS outstanding benefits package!!!
