Production Supervisor

 

The candidate must have at least 5-7 years experience in woodworking, trim carpentry, or cabinet making.  Experience as a Productin Supervisor in woodworking is preferred.

 

The successful candidate will:

 Oversee delivery of all aspects of productionDrive to continuously learnMaintain an orderly, efficient and clean shopHave a familiarity with, and high adaptability to the equipment characteristic of a woodworking shopHold team accountability to production goalsHold team accountability to production quality Inspire all team members to continuously improve Possess sound communication skillsPossess strong analytical skillsFunction as a dynamic member of a management team
