A leading concrete construction company in the Denver, Colorado metro area is looking for eager construction employees.  We are an established company with 30 years of experience and we currently have 180 employees.  We will train any employee who is dependable and willing to work hard.  If you are interested in learning the concrete trade, you could make a career here.  We have many employees who have chosen to do just that. If you already have experience in the concrete trade, your hourly pay would be adjusted to reflect your experience.

We are a non-union company that treats it's employees fairly and with dignity. Many of our employees have received their 10, 15, and 20 year awards.  New employees who demonstrate leadership skills will have an opportunity to advance quickly in pay and responsibility. 

 

New employees will be asked if they can work away from home.  Some jobs last up to 6 months away from home but peroidic home leave is always arranged.  Additional pay is always provided  for those employees working away from home.  It is helpful if you are willing to travel but it is not required.  We are family friendly.
